Head of CAD & BIM Competence Center

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as Head: CAD & BIM Competence Center (w/m/d) for DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH at the Berlin site. In this role, you are responsible for the demand-oriented operation and the further development of economic, future-proof and IT procedures for CAD, BIM & GIS, which are aligned with the business processes of the service unit DB Engineering & Consulting. Your tasks:

The technical management and support of the production-related IT procedures CAD, BIM & GIS ensure and develop demand-oriented and standardized IT solutions for both domestic and foreign jurisdictions In your hands is the centralized development, maintenance and distribution of BIM content to support the BIM projects of production units You are responsible for the planning, implementation and control of IT projects in the area of responsibility (e.g. rollout) The CAD, BIM and GIS data management and the data management platform (CDE) are developing strategically As a manager, you are actively contributing to the success of the company by ensuring that the goals set are achieved through the responsible organization and control of your employees. You have a successfully completed vocational training as a specialist:in or a successfully completed study as an (economic) informant:in, engineer:in with IT affinity You can already demonstrate appalling experience in the disciplinary and professionally-dispositive leadership of teams In communication in English you are experienced and the contact with international colleagues prepares you: For new ideas, you are open, think processes beyond the limits of your area and accompany your employees safely through changes Your professional experience in CAD / BIM projects and software landscapes is yours You are able to create motivating framework conditions and guide your team in a result-oriented manner taking into account the strategic, operational and economic goals of your area.
