Active Sourcer/Recruiter (w/m/d)

The regional club ADAC Nordbayern e.V. was founded in 1905. In the meantime, nearly 225 employees work in the Nordbayern area. We take care of the topics of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and of course ADAC membership.

Within the Recruiting team, you will take care of building the Active Sourcing area. You test the various Active Sourcing platforms and select the ones that are suitable for us. On the selected platforms you are looking for qualified candidates:inside for all our vacancies. You will receive incoming applications and carry out the entire candidate management, from the publication of job advertisements to the conclusion of the contract. You coordinate and conduct interviews in cooperation with the departments. In addition, you create BR hearings and work contracts. Finally, with your expertise, you will introduce yourself to the topics of the staff section.

You have already gained experience in Active Sourcing and Recruiting, bringing you a commercial training or a study in the personnel sector. You are experienced in dealing with Active Sourcing platforms and know how you are looking for potential candidates:inside for different vacancies. You have joy in dealing with people and you have enthusiasm. A pronounced level of negotiation and communication skills complete your profile.

Remuneration - it is also about money: As an employer, we score with holiday and Christmas money - as a whole you get 13.3 salaries annually. In addition, your salary is constantly evolving as we take over the tariff increases of the private insurance industry. You will also receive assets that you use according to your wishes.
