You are an active and motivated sales manager (m/w/d) in the indoor and outdoor services, for which the new customer acquisition is not a foreign word, whether on the phone or during customer visits on site in the cold acquisition You are the anchor for our employees by admiring and guiding them As a talent hunter, you are responsible for recruiting specialists and for inspiring interviews and interviews You're independently juggling with our employees, taking care of their deployment plans, writing the schedules and making sure that there's always a match in the stakes of our employees and customers: With a magic mix of right and tariff, you keep the rules in the staff area You use your consulting skills and your ability to build long-term and trusted customer relationships as a key to success

You will have a completed training to the personal service businessman (m/w/d) or you will already have a professional experience in the classic time work as a personnel manager (m/w/d), sales manager (m/w/d) or personnel consultant (m/w/d) with Alternatively, you can present a completed commercial training and/or relevant professional experience in sales You are characterized by pronounced customer orientation and sales strength and have very good communication strength and negotiation skills You have German knowledge at least C1/C2 level You could possibly already gain first experience in dealing with the software “Zvoove” and are team-ready, reliable, structured You also retain a “cool head” in stressful situations and a class B driving licence rounds off your profile (neededed for the field service)
