Professional and disciplinary leadership of the object team as well as support for employees in operational day-to-day business Ensuring contract-oriented performance and economic support of the object Central contact for the customer in all topics of technical building management Planning and control of personnel, resources and process operations including internal performance calculation Responsibility for complex technical installations and ensuring quality, plant availability and operator obligations

Technical training as an electronics engineer, energy plant electronics, electrical installer, plant mechanic HKLS or a comparable qualification Further training for technicians, masters, or alternatively a technical study in the field of facility management, technical building equipment, utility technology or electrical engineering Multiannual professional experience in technical building management, facility management or in the technical support of buildings and installations Good knowledge of MS Office and ideal experience with SAP and Planon German knowledge at least on Level C1 and Driving Class B
