You represent the Savings Bank in insolvency proceedings, forced auctions and litigation disputes, check the filing logs and termination requirements and carry out takeover checks. In addition, you create and monitor settlement concepts, develop out-of-court repayment agreements and carry out enforcement measures as well as security repayments. Their tasks also include the processing of written claims, the participation in receivables assessments and financial statements, and cooperation in projects.
