Specialist Corporate Action Events / Capital Repayments (m/f/d)

Our team in the area of depot and tax services consists of 25 colleagues who are distributed to Munich and Düsseldorf. Together we are responsible for the processing of capital repayments in money and pieces as part of the securities settlement. We ensure that our customers are operated reliably, correctly and on time.

In your role as a specialist for capital repayments, you take on exciting tasks in the management of securities: Operational resolution: You independently process capital repayments in money and pieces in daily business and ensure professionally correct, timely and high-quality settlement. Accounting & Bookings: This includes, among other things, the creation of customer letters and bills, the coordination of money and piece bookings and the processing of special technical cases. Interface tuning: In cooperation with warehouses, settlement points and issuers, you take over the technical coordination, create instructions and communicate professionally with internal and external interfaces. Technical advice: As a specialist contact person, you will answer inquiries and process orders as well as complaints about your topic and actively bring your knowledge to the team. System tests & further developments: In addition to the daily business, depending on availability, you can also support (agile) implementation projects e.g. for technical tests and carefully check system and process changes. Beyond the edge of the plate: For special tasks such as customer migrations or regulatory innovations, you are flexible and solution-oriented and take responsibility where you are needed.

You bring a successfully completed training or study, like from the financial environment. The first practical experience in testing systems and processes is a prerequisite for this job. You are safe in the application of MS Office products, SAP and at best already have knowledge of our own system family (WP2/WP3). Ideally, you have basic knowledge in tax law. At best, you can bring experience in conceptual project work. Knowledge of agile project methods is advantageous, but no need. Whether oral or written - You speak fluently German (C1) and have very good English skills (B2) to communicate professionally with our international interfaces such as warehouses. A high degree of conscientiousness, accuracy and quality orientation characterize your work, because you have a strong risk awareness and know how importantly careful and consistent working in sensitive processes is. You work self-organized and take responsibility for your topics. Keep an overview, set priorities and advance your tasks in a structured and reliable manner.
