Implementation of technical training for compact construction machines, with which you make an important contribution to the further development of the European sales and service organisation Practical placement of content to increase service efficiency (repair & maintenance) Training of sales staff and product specialists on complex technical topics Planning and implementation of presence and online training (e.g. WBTs) Continuous development of training concepts and learning formats Coordination with production plants to define relevant training content

Master, technician or engineer (m/w/d) Funded technical background, preferably in the service of land and construction machines or comparable industries Embossed technical understanding combined with distributive feel (“screws with seller genes”) Ability to convey technical content in a comprehensible, practical and target-group-oriented manner Very good communication and presentation skills for product and service training Didactic skill and experience in knowledge transfer (presence and/or digital) Negotiating English skills; other foreign languages of advantage
