We have to occupy the following place (m/w/d) in the Construction Regulatory Department: Construction engineer The building order office is responsible as a “Consultation Centre Buildings” for all matters and questions relating to construction and consists of the construction law and inspection office for building statistics. Our inspection office for building statistics (PfB) is one of three inspection offices in Baden-Württemberg. The construction projects are therefore located in Friedrichshafen and the surrounding area. The complete range of disciplines of construction is covered in this area.

Construction testing of construction projects subject to approval Testing of static calculations and associated drawings from all areas of construction engineering Sampling of execution in constructive terms Construction services Compilation of technical reports and support of the internal specialist offices at structural questions Type tests and construction tests We reserve the right to adapt the area of responsibility.

Completed scientific/technical university degree with a master degree in the field of civil engineering Multiannual experience in erecting and, if necessary, Testing static calculations We require independent and solution-oriented work as well as communication and team skills as well as a high load capacity Enforcement and Argumentation in Word and Writing Ownership of a valid class B driving licence for local dates and external services Secure and routined handling of the current MS Office appraisals as well as openness to common design digital work forms
