Wildwood Camping is a young company with a simple idea: camping is supposed to feel real again – close to nature, beautifully designed and open to all who are outside at home. We develop and operate places throughout Germany that combine comfort, hospitality and nature. We are concerned with the essentials: quality, atmosphere and community.

Started in the Lüneburger Heide in 2023, we have been represented in the Harz and Rügen since 2025 and are opening a new campsite in the Uckermark in 2026. Welcome to nature – welcome to Wildwood Camping.

Daily basic cleaning of the washhouses (showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, corridors) Daily cleaning of the functional rooms (washing room, camper kitchen) Cleaning of the clubhouse areas (incl. living room, camp shop, terrace, staff rooms) Final cleaning of accommodation (Cabins) after departure and preparation for the next guest Maintenance and organisation of storage rooms and cleaning agents Implementation of intensive basic cleaning (according to the specified plan) Guided cleaning and disinfection control lists Inventory of cleaning and consumables in coordination with the Camp Manager Support in waste disposal and sweeping work in the field forwarding of existing repair requirements

You are an open minded person and ideally have experience in cleaning sanitary areas You have a high degree of order and cleanliness awareness A responsible and conscious approach to nature is your heart You like and open to people and do everything we can to make our guests have a great time. Positive feedback motivates you especially! You like to pack up, have a practical way of thinking and, if necessary, support your colleagues in the other areas (guest care, place care) seasonal work is yours; Weekend work in the season is of course for you

A seasonal working relationship (April/May to October) with attractive development possibilities full-time employment (40 hours/week) with a 5-day week; also a job in parttime or as a mini-job is possible Your entry-level (full-time) as a cleansing power in the first year is €2,535 gross per month plus a seasonal premium at the end of your contract You can look forward to more benefits such as a tax-free monthly cover of €20, family and peace offers, free nights on other Wildwood plans, a 30% discount card for our camp shop as well as free coffee, water and snacks If you do not live in the region, you can make it comfortable at the campsite in your own camper or in a staff tent.
