We examine all activities and processes of the Haspa and report on it. We therefore support our Executive Board in its original monitoring task. The unit of control processes is responsible for examining and assessing the effectiveness, adequacy and regularity of the processes, in particular in the areas of risk management, overall bank control and treasury. In addition, the unit is responsible for essential audit tasks related to the Internal Ratings Based Approach (IRBA). Your profile Current or completed (master) studies preferably with the focus of banks/risk/economic examination as well as the willingness to continue with the CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or a comparable qualification Comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge in the areas of risk management, credit risk modelling or model validation as well as experience in dealing with PD, LGD and CCF models Good knowledge of relevant supervisory requirements (in particular KWG, MaRisk, CRD, CRR, EBA guidelines) Multiannual audit experience in responsible activity and the monitoring of external bank supervisory audits or Inquiries (ECB, BaFin) Pronouncedly high analytical understanding and strategic judgment as well as ability to work quickly and independently in very complex situations Safe and binding occurrence against different responsibilities of the Haspa or Supervision
