You identify potential claim­related aspects in the project's activities, develop potential solutions and jointly implement them with the project management, legal assessment and other entities. In addition, you will analyse the contract data of our supply and customer contracts for potential claims, manage even possible risks in the course of the project and use them in preferential claims contracts.

A completed study of the technical engineering and industry and a comparable qualification with a professional qualification in a similar field of industrial activity is the ideal precondition for this position. You have experience in dealing with na­tional and inter­nal supply contracts, their contractual conditions and commercial characteristics and possess reliable English language skills in word and writing. In addition, you are characterized by a rapid presentation of complex characteristics and are able to combine commercial, technological and legal aspects.
