Measurement and control technicians (m/f/d)

You are responsible for carrying out measurement tasks in the field of 3D measurement technology, using hexagon arm, Leica Laser Tracker, Photogrammetry and Optotechnik Furthermore, you plan tests for prototypes and series in close coordination with the development department You take measurements in prototypes, series production and evaluate the measurement data In addition, create documentation, archive quality records and ensure their proper distribution You carry out initial sample checks as well as internal and external qualification checks and check delivery documentation according to QSB code In addition, you can support the specialist areas in the field of measurement technology and integrate the department management with serious quality defects You ensure the professional use of measuring and testing equipment and ensure the timely and economical performance of your tasks In addition, you conduct internal and external measurement audits Finally, you are responsible for error management, including convening and managing the Committee of Procurement

Completed training for technicians or masters in the field of 3D coordinate measurement technology or a comparable qualification with relevant experience Finded knowledge of 3D coordinate measurement technology, ideally with experience in Calypso and Polyworks programs Multiannual professional experience in quality management, preferably in the metal or vehicle manufacturing industry Safe handling of standards and methods of quality management Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Very good English skills in word and writing
