Expert Lead Product Manager (w/m/d) Energy – Commodity and New Market Models Darmstadt | Unlimited | Full time | Hybrid

You are responsible for products and/or business models in the Energy business segment with a focus on B2B Commodity and new market models and develop them from the market demand to the introduction and scaling. You control the economic and market success of your electricity and natural gas products by means of relevant key figures such as sales, earnings and customer acceptance, and take measures. You analyze market, customer and technology trends – such as energy sharing, PPAs, flexibility or new marketing models – as well as regulatory and energy developments and translate them into product strategies, business cases and roadmaps. You are the interface to the stakeholders and are responsible for maintaining our product development process. Together with sales, trade, operations & IT as well as other group areas, you develop customer-oriented end-to-end solutions and ensure their implementation and further development. In development and transformation projects, you take over the technical leadership or the product-over role and tax across-range projects and teams.

Multiannual professional experience in product management - ideally in the energy, platform or digital environment Funded knowledge of the energy industry and new market models such as Energy Sharing, PPAs, and flexibility marketing Experience in the development and evaluation of business models and business cases and regulatory requirements as well as safe handling of business performance indicators Experience in managing cross-departmental projects and interdisciplinary teams, e.g. as Product Owner Embossed market and customer orientation, analytical and conceptual strength, self-initiative, sense of responsibility and direction of implementation Enthusiasm for modern, customer-oriented and data-based product development, as well as experience with the OKR methodology and Stage-Gate processes are advantageous
