Head of Large-Scale Technical Projects High Voltage Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

You guide the field of plant engineering and ensure proper operation, maintenance, fault management and successful implementation of projects in the field of high-voltage systems. These include transformers including primary, secondary and protective technology and transformers

The professional and disciplinary leadership of your team as well as the continuous further development of the employees are part of your task

You plan, control and coordinate the day-to-day operations as well as projects, maintenance measures and the handling of disruptive events in your task

You monitor the assigned budget of your organizational unit

As a central contact person for internal departments and external service providers, you independently coordinate the exchange of information, have a significant impact on coordination and contract discussions and evaluate offers and services provided.

You ensure operational safety within your property and ensure compliance with statutory, technical and labour, health and environmental requirements

You provide a transparent flow of information on relevant measures, projects and operational issues and regularly agree with the team management

You have completed your studies in electrical engineering or energy engineering or master training in the field of electrical engineering or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience

You have several years of professional experience in operation, maintenance and project management in the field of high-voltage switching systems of 10-, 110- and 220-kV network levels

Experience in the professional and/or disciplinary leadership of employees completes your profile

You have a well-founded knowledge of the relevant statutory, technical and safety-relevant regulations, in particular the relevant DIN/VDE standards (including VDE 0100, VDE 0101, VDE 0105, VDE 0141 and VDE 0210)

You convince with your strong communication skills

You are characterized by a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working

You have very good knowledge of the current MS Office applications and ideally experience in handling SAP, GISmobil and Lovion

You have a class B driving licence
