Flight Operations Officer / Flight Dispatcher (m/f/d)

You organize operating commercial operations (Ambulance & Executive). You are responsible for creating flight plans, offers and cost calculations. The direct customer support and communication during the flight organization and implementation is in your care and the coordination of internally and externally requested and booked flight orders. You are responsible for the control, processing and optimization of daily crew and aircraft use taking into account flight service and rest periods. You ensure communication with internal departments and external partners as well as with authorities. You are occasionally involved in the processing of special projects and requests.

You have a completed vocational training and/or a university degree, ideally focusing on commercial, tourist or aeronautical fields. Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in aviation. You have first knowledge of how to use a flight planning system (PPS, Jeppesen, Foreflight). You are ready to work in the shift and weekend service (placement of the deployment center from 07-23 o'clock). When handling MS Office programs, you feel safe. You have excellent organizational and coordination capabilities and are strong in communication. You have a high service and customer orientation, combined with a structured and independent approach. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
