igefa SE & Co. KG is looking for an N8N process optimiser (m/w/d) at the Berlin site.

You analyze our business processes and identify automation potentials You implement automation – especially with N8N and other platforms (e.g. Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath) You control automation projects from idea to introduction You work closely with the departments, carry out tests of automation and ensure the quality You opt for existing automation solutions and continuously develop our automation strategy. You're watching trends in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) & Low-Code/No-Code Development

Completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or Comparative Qualification Multiannual experience in process optimization and/or automation Knowledge of process modelling (e.g. BPMN, Visio, Signavio) Practical experience with N8N, Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI and other automation platforms Understanding IT architectures, databases and interfaces (APIs, ERP, CRM systems) Experience in change management and stakeholder communication Very good analytical skills and structured working Team orientation, communication strength and enforcement capability Good knowledge of German and English in Word & Writing
