Head of Consolidation (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the accounting and consolidation of the holding company as well as the consolidated group of around 20 international companies. You will set up the consolidated financial statements according to HGB, including the corporate appendage and position report and ensure the highest quality and deadline. You develop and advise the Group Balance Sheet as well as the Group-wide accounting and accounting policies. You are a key contact person (m/w/d) for auditors, tax advisors and internal stakeholders in all accounting issues. You advise national and international corporations on accounting and consolidation-related issues. You prepare the Group's Management Decisions and internal and external reporting. You actively promote the development of the Group Reporting via SAP Analytics Cloud. You play an active role in M&A transactions, corporate integrations, carve-outs and post-Merger projects. You are responsible for the further development of processes, governance and internal control systems (IKS) in Group Accounting. You carry on and develop your team professionally and personally.

You have a degree in Business Administration (Master of Benefit) with a focus on accounting, finance, accounting or taxes. You bring several years of professional experience in the corporate accounting system of an international company or from the audit. You have sound accounting skills according to HGB; IFRS identifiers are advantageous. You have extensive experience in consolidated group consolidation (including intercompany voting, capital consolidation). You have long-term, practice-proven SAP experience, ideally with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Group Reporting and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). You think process- and system-oriented and enjoy standardizing and developing structures. You bring leadership or operational management experience with you and understand how to motivate and develop teams in a sustainable manner. You can communicate safely in German and English and move confidently in the international environment. You work structured, analytical and independent and combine professional excellence with a pronounced service mentality.
