As part of a dedicated six-member team, you will be accompanied by up to eight young people aged 6 to 18. With trauma-sensitive work and deescaling methods, you create stability and development opportunities – equipped with your own educational rooms, single rooms for the children, a fleet of vehicles and interchangeable services. In the team with other pedagogical professionals, you will support the children and young people of the group in everyday life.
