Preparation and setting of food for à la carte business, breakfast and events

Responsibility for a separate item and smooth processes in the kitchen

Participation in the development and implementation of new dishes and menus

Compliance with our high quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)

Proper storage, control and preparation of goods

Support for the incorporation of trainees and trainees:

Close cooperation with the service and event team for a completely successful guest experience

Completed training as cook/kitchen or comparable experience

First practice in the upscale gastronomy or motivation to take a foothold there
