Development of advanced control concepts for robot-assisted systems with a focus on high-precision motion control. Application of modern technologies such as predictive control (MPC), artificial intelligence (AI), adaptive control methods and haptic control. Analysis and optimization of algorithms to improve dynamics, accuracy and vibration reduction. Implementation of simulation models and practical tests to validate innovative solutions. Development and implementation of prototypes for new control systems. Cooperation with international teams in the fields of mechanical engineering, electronics and software development. Local travel activities to support global projects and customer support.

Complete studies in robotics, mechatronics, engineering sciences or a related technical field. At least 10 years of professional experience in the field of robotics, control technology or automation. Funded knowledge in control technology, MPC, AI-based control methods and sensor-based control mechanisms. Understanding mechanical components, electrical drive systems and control hardware. Experience with simulation and modeling software and rapid prototyping. Analytical thinking, self-initiative and team spirit. Very good knowledge of English and willingness to travel abroad.
