Supporting company law: accompaniment and safeguarding corporate law. Consulting with Business Focus: Legal advice of the departments as a reliable interface between management, operational units and external partners. Promote projects: Proactive introduction of legal expertise into new topics, process issues and group-wide projects. External law firms control: selection, coordination and control of external legal advisers including efficient communication and targeted implementation.

Multiannual professional practice in civil and commercial law – preferably in the legal department of a company, alternatively in an economic-oriented firm. Wide legal set-up focusing on civil, commercial and corporate law; Contract work is your craft. Structured, pragmatic, solution-oriented: Complex facts are quickly captured, cleanly prioritized and understandably translated into feasible options.
