Complete vocational training in the hotel industry and reception experience are of advantage but not decisive Communication strength and performance-oriented appearance Good language skills in German Knowledge of Micros Fidelio Suite 8 desired

Activities: Check-in and check-out of guests Personal and competent care of our guests as well as advice and proactive sale Acceptance and processing of room reservations (telephone, personal and booking sports) Training of trainees and new staff at reception Close cooperation with all departments Working hours: 5 days week Early, middle and late service
