As Team Lead Billing (m/w/d), you are responsible for the preparation and implementation of our performance accounting and thus contribute to smooth and efficient processes. Guided tour: In this function you report directly to the Head of Billing (m/w/d). You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the employees: both in charge of their support and further development. Communication: You are the central contact person for our internal customers in special topics and in the case of escalation, as well as for stakeholders and other internal operational interfaces. Further development: In department-related and overarching projects, you work with and are an appeal and impulsive for the further development of the processes. Quality: Due to your outstanding experience, you are also able to solve complex issues and thus contribute to high customer satisfaction and compliance with service levels. Diversity of tasks: Your team will help you deal with all the issues relating to billing management, work on a case-by-case basis and support the management of the department in its tasks.

Completion of an economic (technical)higher education or commercial training with multiannual relevant professional experience, ideally experience as leadership Secure handling of MS-Office as well as ideal knowledge in SAP S4/Hana Responsibility, flexibility, resilience and solution orientation Hands-on Mentality, Entrepreneurship and High Social Competence German and English very well in word and writing
