Take responsibility: You guide and develop your area holistic – from logistics and commissioning to assembly to empties management. Moving processes: On the basis of key figures and best practices, you continuously opt for our processes. Thanks to your experience in Lean Management or Six Sigma, you bring our efficiency to the next level. Figures at a glance: You plan and monitor the budget for personnel, freight costs and technical equipment and thus ensure the cost-effectiveness of your area. Promoting innovation: You accompany the further development of our logistics software (ERP systems SAP, warehouse management systems) as well as modern automation technology and actively introduce your know-how into exciting IT projects. Manage interfaces: You act as a central link between purchasing, production and sales, and you create a smooth flow of goods. In the middle of it, instead of just: with your hands-on mentality you are regularly present directly on the surface. You recognize challenges where You arise and solve problems pragmatically and directly on site.

You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on logistics, BWL or SCM, or you have a well-founded logistical training with a further training to the logistics master or business economist. You are an experienced team player and you know how to motivate employees – ideally, you are already bringing routine in the leadership within a dynamic three-layer system. A pronounced affinity for complex warehouse and automation technology is what distinguishes you. You are happy to actively accompany technical innovations in logistics. The safe handling of ERP systems, in particular SAP EWM, as well as modern warehouse management systems, is one of your daily tools. Numbers are your world. Thanks to your ability to grasp complex flows of goods in KPIs, you meet sound decisions and consistently negotiate results.
