You take over the independent planning, control and implementation of projects in the clinical environment to continuously develop our clinic You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams from medical, nursing, administrative and IT fields and ensure smooth cooperation Start project plans, status reports as well as decision bases and presentations for the clinic management and contribute actively to the project success You analyse and optimise clinical as well as administrative processes, with legal, regulatory and quality-relevant requirements always in mind You support clinic and department management in strategic, organisational and operational issues and prepare important decision-making processes

You have completed university studies in the field of health management, economic/medical/care informatics, business management, quality management or comparable You already have professional experience in the hospital or clinic area, ideally in the psychiatric environment You have very good knowledge of hospital processes and quality and risk management in healthcare You have a strong system understanding, experience in dealing with hospital information systems such as Nexus-KIS are advantageous here You have practical experience in project management You are characterized by high self-responsibility, a structured working and communication strength You have analytical thinking skills and a strong organizational and moderation skills
