A typical working day could look like this: We'll get new cars in the morning. You accept, check for transport damage (superimportant) and regulate with their colleagues from the workshop that You make new access roadfit.

Come the cars for sale in our online baskets, take photos. Your equipment: iPhone and photo program. Unique models are always there. You can put them in the scene. (No worries, an app supports you with specifications and send backgrounds.)

After that, a sales consultant might need your help: organize a test drive, prepare a vehicle for handover or send information materials to other branches. Wonderful if you support here.

In between you always take a look at our vehicle stock: Are all cars clean and excellent? And if a car is sold to another branch, coordinate the transfer.

What else? As soon as you have all the processes on it, you can be trained as a BMW product expert. That means: A lot of detailed knowledge about all models. And you learn to refresh customer statements in product recommendations. Sounds exciting? It is. Step by step you take on more responsibility and accompany sales consultants in customer discussions.

Do you have a commercial or technical training in the automotive sector? Or even professional experience in a car house? Perfect – these skills are essential for this place. It is important that you like to do with people. Because you really communicate a lot with us – with customers, with colleagues and many more. You think and act customer-oriented, as well as you have a high quality awareness. Premium customers also need a premium service. Flexibility and loadability are very important for this position. For this position you need German skills at the C1 level.
