MEDIVERBUND AG is the management company of the association and operates as a service company. It specialises in the conclusion and settlement of supply contracts in the outpatient care sector with health insurance funds. Currently, the AG concludes for more than 5,000 doctors and psychotherapists/psychotherapeuten domestic and specialist contracts in Baden-Württemberg. We are looking for a full-time and unlimited duration for our Stuttgart location at the next time Senior Projektleiter (m/w/d) actively shape the future of outpatient care! You carry out independent demanding projects around our domestic and specialist contracts and actively contribute to their further development. You work closely with health insurance companies, specialist associations, doctors and internal departments. In this role, you take on professional responsibility and bring topics forward by yourself. You are not only translators, You are introducing their own ideas, identifying needs for action and developing sustainable solutions together with the areas involved.

Negotiations & Contract Design: Content preparation, monitoring and logging of contract negotiations and independent preparation and implementation of contractual adjustments Professional leadership & strategic orientation: Overarching control and coordination, especially in cross-contracting topics. Development of proposals for the further development of processes, structures and processes Key Account Management & Representation of Interest: Building and maintaining trusted relationships with specialist associations and other relevant partners and representing the interests of the MEDI Group in various bodies Analysis & Calculation: Compensation and Data Analysis for Conception of Measures for the Development of Selective Contracts Communication & Counselling: Self-declaration of contents of doctors, psychotherapists/psychotherapists and practitioners, as well as implementation of information events and accounting training Coordination & moderation: Organization, content preparation and management of various specialist work groups with health insurance companies Reporting: Structured preparation and address-oriented transfer of informa­tions to department management, steering committees and participating specialist associations

Successful completion of a study with a health-economic, health-scientific or business-economic focus or a comparable qualification (e.g. health insurance business owner/in) Insufficient professional experience in healthcare or social law. Knowledge is particularly advantageous in the outpatient medical care. You can think networked and structured, communicate the information and complex facts in a comprehensible and convincing way. Experience in the technical coordination of colleagues and colleagues Project teams are of advantage; disciplinary leadership experience is not provided You possess communication strength and are characterized by a high self-initiative.
