Together with the management, you develop strategic goals and translate them into operational implementation. You initiate and support value-enhancing CAPEX measures as well as strategic development projects around stock, ESG, energy and mobility. You manage the commercial portfolio in a holistic manner – from rental contracts, rent interest rates and additional costs to budget and cost control to reporting. You are responsible for the active idle and rental management and develop the tenant structure economically. You coordinate external project controllers, specialist planners, technical partners and other service providers in investment and transformation projects. You are contact persons for authorities, municipal agencies, project partners and other external stakeholders. You further expand the data and system base of real estate management and drive forward the professionalization and digitization of the processes. You lead employees from technical real estate management as well as financial and accounting and ensure clear responsibilities and reliable cooperation.

You have more than five years of professional experience in commercial property, asset or inventory management of commercial real estate. You have completed a business or real estate studies, a qualification as a real estate specialist or a comparable training. You have a well-founded knowledge of rental law, secondary cost accounting and budget planning. You bring experience in budgeting, reporting and asset accounting of existing objects. You work safely with digital systems and have a high IT affinity, ideally also in dealing with PropTech or ERP solutions. ESG topics and energetic stock modernization are of interest to you professionally and strategically. You combine analytical thinking with self-responsibility, hand-on mentality and a structured, solution-oriented way of working. In the handling of tenants, service providers, authorities and partners, you will be able to communicate strongly, bindingly and enforceable; Loyalty and discretion are of course for you.
