PASSION4IT GmbH (Postackerweg 9, 94234 Viechtach) is a consulting and project partner for Digital Work, Business Efficiency and Artificial Intelligence in the middle class. We are not a classic system house, but combine consulting, implementation and product development. Parallel to customer projects, we develop amaiko — an AI-Buddy for Microsoft 365 in teams (SaaS). Our team currently consists of 16 employees; we work with start-up spirit and medium-sized reliability.

You accompany customers when entering new digital modes and AI applications – from onboarding to sustainable use You create practical guides, FAQs, learning formats and training documents for customers and internal teams You develop the PASSION4IT Academy with you: course content, Learn Nuggets, quality assurance and user feedback You research AI-Use-Cases for medium-sized companies and prepare them in a comprehensible way for customer projects You test new features and prototypes, document insights structured and provide usable feedback You can use the configuration and testing of solutions in Microsoft 365 – such as Power Automates, Team Integrations and Copilot, each under the guidance

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national.
