Machine Operator and Setter Full-time (m/f/d)

Technical support & maintenance: support for personnel in technical problems, remodeling of machines and packers, as well as close interface work with locksmiths and electrics in case of major machine failures. Production and shift management: Active support of shift and production management in the filling halls and representation in the implementation of work and operating instructions. Key figures and process monitoring: monitoring of the cycle and production figures (incl. usability), compiling tickets and statistics as well as continuous optimization of the work processes to increase production performance. Quality & Security: Compliance and monitoring of quality assurance and safety requirements as well as safe control of critical control points according to the HACCP system.

Training: completed technical training (e.g. as a machine and plant manager, industrial mechanic, locksmith (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification). Experience: Multiannual professional experience in production, ideally in a shift operation, as well as sound knowledge of production processes. Competence: Basic knowledge or experience with quality standards such as the HACCP system are of advantage. Personality: Open-minded, communicative and powerful, coupled with a high level of commitment and durability. Language skills: good knowledge of German in word and writing on documentation and internal coordination.
