We are looking for a building manager Civil (m/w/d) to support energy projects in Italy in the environment of energy technology at the next possible time at the Erlangen site. The position must be occupied within a 40-hour week.

The following challenges await you as a civil building manager (m/w/d) Italy:

• Responsibility for the organisation, coordination and monitoring of the design and the contractually agreed scope of performance by subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with technical requirements and contractual specifications
• Monitoring the progress of construction and schedules and early introduction of countermeasures or acceleration strategies in the event of a threatening delay
• Current cost control taking into account the budget
• Identification and assessment of opportunities and risks and active participation in follow-up management
• Creation, tracking and complete documentation of red entries
• Ensuring the execution of the work in compliance with contractual and country-specific requirements, in cooperation with the responsible manager
• Care and development of sustainable customer relationships

Your profile:

• You have a successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
• You have multi-year relevant professional experience
• They bring knowledge about the handling of turnkey and EPC transactions and ideally have knowledge about HGÜ and/or FACTS
• You have sound knowledge of plant engineering
• They are ready for worldwide business trips as well as for predominantly long-term operations at construction sites in Germany and abroad
• You can control the Italian language
• Your profile is ideally rounded off by knowledge of German and English in word and writing
