Team Leader Accounts Receivable (m/f/d)

As a team leader: you currently have five employees in the field of debitor accounting. Your range of tasks ranges from process optimization to general daily business: You optimize processes in receivable management and debitor accounting, including the interfaces in the “Order to Cash” area and internal control processes. You are responsible for the creation of reminders and the return of the receivable. In addition, ensure payment incoming processing and management of collection processes. You further expand the factoring for the entire BLG group and develop automation solutions. You maintain the governance function of the central area in the “Order to Cash” process, assist in the creation of annual accounts and act as an advocate for auditors. You develop individual and cross-border qualification concepts to provide specific skills.

You have successfully completed an economic study with a focus on accounting or commercial training, e.g. for the:r tax specialist. You have several years of experience in accounting, in particular in debitor accounting, and have already gained first leadership experience. You are safe in handling the financial modules SAP S4/HANA (in particular FI) and the common MS-365 programs. You quickly capture complex issues, think business and address challenges with readiness to change and a structured approach. With courage and innovative strength, you are shaping future-oriented processes and driving digitization actively. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile.
