In your function as a sales specialist for chemical products (m/w/x), you can expect varied and demanding tasks. They work closely with various departments and actively contribute to the successful support of our national and international customers. In addition, you will take care of various organizational tasks in the area. Creation of offers and order confirmations for products in need of declaration on national and international customer requests

Coordination and forwarding of customer queries within the departments and answering customer requests

Coordination of delivery dates with production and monitoring of scheduled delivery

Check and ensure compliance with customs and export regulations

Creation and control of project accounting

Acquisition of general secretariat tasks, e.g. implementation of monthly accounting, organisation and settlement of missions, general correspondence, procurement and administration of office material, documentation and archiving tasks

Support in the planning and implementation of events

completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk (m/w/x) or in a comparable qualification

at least two years of professional experience, preferably in the distribution of products in need of declaration (e.g. chemical auxiliaries and operating materials)

safe handling of MS-Office and willingness to work into new IT systems and tools if necessary (e.g. time recording systems)

very good knowledge in SAP, in particular in order processing and in order controlling

independent, structured and careful operation

strong flexibility and team capability

very good knowledge of German and English
