Your tasks:

• Project management of complex, large construction projects over all HOAI performance phases of the structural planning
• Responsibility for drawing up drafts
• Head of a project team
• Organisation and coordination of the entire project
• Involvement of all project participants and management
• Representation of the interests of the company and presentation of the planning results as a central contact person in the project to clients, project partners and authorities
• Project Controlling and permanent provision of the contract-compliant project course

Your qualifications:

• Higher Education or Higher Education with the Department of Civil Engineering, preferably the focus of constructive engineering
• Found experience as project manager in structural planning
• Solid expertise in the relevant regulations, especially VOB / HOAI / DIN
• Used in handling common planning software such as FriLo, DLUBAL, Rstab, Sofistik etc.
• Experience in handling BIM planning
