Teamlead Data Excellence / PIM & Product Data (m/f/d)

You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of our Data Excellence team and develop employees and connect international stakeholders. You are responsible for our Product Information Management (PIM) and continuously develop the PIM system as well as the interfaces to ERP, e-commerce and other relevant systems. You analyze, structure and optimize product data, data models and processes to ensure a high quality of data. You identify and implement innovative and AI-based solutions to optimize product data management and data-related processes. You work closely with internal departments, international companies and external service providers and act as a central interface for all PIM-relevant topics. You create documentation, perform training and support users in professional handling of the PIM system. You actively participate in national and international PIM projects and support our companies with requirements for online shop, product data and catalogues. You coordinate external partners, tax resources and budgets and provide targeted prioritization within the team.

You bring experience in the professional and ideally disciplined leadership of small teams or in a coordinating role. You have well-founded practical experience in dealing with PIM systems and product data-related processes. You have experience in data quality management as well as optimizing data structures. You could already gain practical experience using AI in the product data or process environment. You can explain complex relationships in a comprehensible way and work successfully with different stakeholders. Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP, and shop systems are a big plus. Program skills in PHP complete your profile. You are safe in handling MS Office, in particular Excel, and ideally bring experience with further data tools as well as in creating training documents.
