Staff Unit of the Pedagogical Director (m/f/d)

You support the pedagogical leadership by testing, reflecting and clearly reflecting educational standards and orders in everyday life. Through hospitations, discussions and analyses, you gain a differentiated picture of pedagogical work and evaluate quality and processes in everyday life. You enter your technical assessment in occupancy questions (considerably fit, time and team resources). You recognize implementation barriers, quality risks or development needs and prepare sound basis for decision-making in complex situations. You create structured reports, evaluations and status reports with a test character around the pedagogical work. As a coach, you accompany our field management in effective work with their team managements. You work closely with the area management as well as with adjacent areas such as staff and finance.

Multiannual professional experience in child and youth assistance, ideally with management or control responsibility. A very good understanding of educational processes, quality assurance and organizational relationships. High analytic competence and skills to capture complex facts in the overall context. You can clearly specify where changes are needed. Structural strength and inner clarity in a rod role also in feedback at line positions.
