With around 210 employees, the manufacturer develops and manufactures customer-specific ultrasonic transducers and sensors at the Halle (Saale) site, as well as test equipment and measurement technology solutions, which are used in a wide variety of applications and industries around the world. Total responsibility for all commercial business processes Leadership and development of commercial departments both professional and disciplinary Budget planning and monitoring as well as liquidity planning and control Head of monthly and annual accounts Responsibility for external and internal reporting Preparation of decision bases and direct reporting to management Optimization and further development of commercial processes as well as driving forward and implementing digitization projects Main contact partner for banks, tax advisors and auditors

Complete business studies with a focus on finance / accounting, controlling or comparable training Multiannual professional and management experience in the commercial sector, preferably in a medium-sized manufacturing company Extensive analytical capacity as well as entrepreneurial and cross-sector thinking and action Unrestricted loyalty and integrity to the company and management High decision-making and leadership competence, safe occurrence and very good communication skills IT affinity and a safe handling of ERP systems Good knowledge of English for communication in the international environment complete your profile
