Technical Consultant for Construction Technology (m/f/d)

Solution-oriented telephone consultation of our customers, specialist planners and employees in the field of external and internal services as well as in the branches. Support for issues related to our products and applications in the field of construction technology with a focus on topics such as dowel and wood connections, lightweight metal construction, air and wind density. Assessment of specific application situations from the practice and development of appropriate technical solutions. Close cooperation with internal interfaces to quickly, competently and practically solve customer requests.

Successfully completed training in the industrial and technical field, e.g. in crafts, preferably as a carpenter. As an alternative, a comparable qualification in the construction field, timber construction or construction industry. Ideally, you will also bring a further education to the master, technician or a comparable additional qualification. Experience in the near-construction, technical or craft environment is advantageous. Good technical understanding and interest in craft products, applications and processes is assumed. Joy in finding practical solutions and communicating technical content in a comprehensible way. Communication strength and fun in dealing with people - whether customers, planners or your colleagues.
