Your tasks

• Responsibility for the organization and quality of cleaning and service services in our objects
• Management, motivation and operational planning of the employees:inside
• Contact person:in for customers:inside and interface between client and team
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Planning, control and optimization of workflows
• Material and ordering
• Creation and optimization of cleaning concepts and standards

Your profile

• Complete training as master: in building cleaning or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in building cleaning
• Experience in project management desirable
• Professional experience in a comparable position of advantage
• Secure handling of MS-Office
• Organisational skill, enforcement ability and high quality awareness
• Team-oriented, communicative personality with leadership experience
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Class B driving licence
