Detailed planning and control of production, pre-production and assembly processes in shipbuilding Creation and maintenance of work plans, schedules and resource overviews at group or section level Capacity and material requirements planning in close coordination with warehouse, purchasing and production Date tracking and progress control in manufacturing (e.g. steel construction, pipe construction, equipment) Coordination of work orders to internal departments and external service providers Cooperation in optimizing production processes and logistic processes

Complete technical training with further training as technician/master or completed technical studies (e.g. shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, production technology) First professional experience in operational planning or production control, ideally in shipbuilding, steel construction or plant construction Knowledge of production processes – especially in the field of pre-production, assembly or finishing Safe handling of planning tools (e.g. MS Project) Responsible, structured and solution-oriented work
