Senior Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

Technical and personnel management of the team Work Safety incl. Operation planning, task priority and project allocation for all supervised facilities, plants and businesses Strategic development of occupational safety in close cooperation with the occupational medical service Takeover and organisation of instructions and participation in the training of security officers Advising the management and executives on all issues of occupational and health protection in accordance with ASiG, DGUV V 2 as well as hazardous and biomaterial regulations Creation, maintenance and quality assurance of work process descriptions and risk assessments taking into account all occupational safety requirements Implementation of safety-related inspections of plant, equipment and working methods and regular visits to the workplaces Analysis of accidents at work, development of prevention measures, creation of accident reports and reporting to the Management Board and accident insurance bodies Participation in the further development of occupational health management and health reporting as part of management assessment

Successfully completed training as a specialist for occupational safety according to § 4 DGUV Multiannual professional experience in the relevant field You could ideally gain leadership experience Organisational and management competence to develop and further develop the area Special expertise of the Labour Safety Act, in particular Workplace Law, Safety and Hazardous Materials Management, consulting and communication skills

From 01.01.2027 full-time employment, the job must first be fixed for 24 months. Long-term cooperation is being sought.
