To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated accountant (m/w/d) in full time at the Nuremberg site.

Processing, testing and proper accounting of input invoices, including assignment and confirmation Creation of initial invoices and credits Own booking, voting and control of creditor accounts and property accounts Responsibility for monthly financial accounting incl. Debitors, creditors, banks and cash registers Implementation and monitoring of payment and dunning Preparation and voting of accounts for the financial statements Management and requirements Return of guarantees and guarantees Monitoring the regulation of insurance damage and communication with insurance companies

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally focusing on accounting Professional experience in financial accounting, preferably in real estate Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word Ideal knowledge of rent accounting Experience with housing software (e.g. Aareon ReLion) of advantage Structured, reliable and independent operation Teamability and Communication Strength
