Your tasks Advising top public sector customers (especially universities, large-scale research institutions and federal/state administration) to digitize their processes and introduce modern SAP solutions (Cloud, hybrid, on-premise) (special) Leadership of project teams as part-project management / Lead Consultant Project work as Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant in the field of SAP Public Sector Management in the introduction of modern SAP S/4HANA solutions to SAP Activate (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize / Test, Deploy, Run) Further development of the Scheer solution portfolio in the field of SAP Public Sector Management (SAP AI/KI solutions, SAP signavio reference processes, Scheer S/4HANA-Master, BTP, etc.) Professional Topic Leader for SAP Public Sector Management in Scheer GmbH Project acquisitions (offer creation, cost estimation, offer presentations, etc.) Training / Coaching of junior colleagues

Your profile Practical professional or project experiences in the field of Public Sector – ideally in the field of universities / large-scale research institutions as well as federal / state administrations Multiannual experience (> 5 years) with the introduction / further development and/or operation / support of SAP solutions (ERP / S/4HANA on-premise, S/4HANA Public Cloud) in the field of SAP household and third-party management Experiences in these modules would be a plus: SAP Public Management Sector (PSM), SAP Grants Management (GM), SAP Controlling (CO), SAP Projektsystem /PS) Successfully completed studies of business management, (economic) computer science or a comparable discipline Embossed presentation and moderation capabilities Very good knowledge of German and English Project-related readiness
