Specialist in tax and commercial law

In the core team of finance, reporting, holdings, you ensure compliance with the commercial and tax obligations of Sparkasse Bremen in accordance with the legal requirements and the proper mapping of trade and tax effects in declarations, consolidation and accounting. You will be voting on various tax issues with our senior tax specialist. You will noticeably follow the relevant tax, commercial and social legislation innovations and reforms that you analyze, evaluate and translate into our processes. You determine the expected tax burden for the financial statements as well as the forecast, including tax provisions and deferred taxes You create and transfer tax returns and E-Bilanzens, then check the notifications and initiate possible remedies Organized and content, you accompany audits of the tax office, audits of the financial year and the audit of the internal audit in the tax area You can actively participate in the processing of trade-right topics, fair and timely accounting and balance-sheet policy management – in consultation with our senior specialist:internal trade law

You have completed an economic study with a focus on taxes/taxation In addition, you bring at least 5 years of practical experience in tax management, like tax advice, auditing or in the financial department of a company Knowledge in tax law and good basics in commercial law are important.
