Independent processing and handling of settings and personnel measures for scientific and student assistants and interns Support and advice of the assistants in personal questions and support of onboarding and offboarding Processing of medical and health reports in SAP HCM Creation and administration of job alerts and support for application management via SAP SuccessFactors Care and quality assurance of personal data Creation, testing and finalisation of work certificates Working in the time economy General administrative tasks in close coordination with teammates

Completed commercial training (e.g. for the personnel service businessman/wife) or a comparable qualification with professional experience in personnel management and HR Funded knowledge in labour and social law, ideally also in the collective law of the public service (TVöD Bund) Secure handling of MS-Office and first experiences with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Very good German and good English An independent, structured and reliable way of working, paired with pronounced service orientation, communication strength and team capability
