What your tasks are:

• office management is your responsibility
• You coordinate your own dates
• You take telephone calls, answer mails and process the mail
• You manage or order office materials and resources
• You coordinate the home technology and craftsmen as needed
• You work at the department Purchasing and take care of the contract written into the company-internal system
