Developing further: You participate in the further development of the concepts for service allocation and new deployment plan models and introduce your ideas.

Documentation & Administration: Self-responsible and manage the master data of the driving personnel with the help of the MRP system.

Qualification: You are a transport specialist or you have a completed master trainer. In addition, you bring at least three years of professional experience as a disciplinary leadership.

Expertise & know-how: You have good knowledge of the legal, operational and collective bargaining principles of the driving company. In addition, you already have very good experiences about the operating processes and the infrastructure in the bus operation.

IT knowledge: You bring deeper user knowledge to MS Office and have the willingness to find yourself in new software (e.g. IVU Suite).

Personality & working methods: You are characterized by a high understanding. An independent and structured way of working is just as natural for you as secure communication and sovereign appearance. Even in stress situations, you keep a cool head and remain in a decision-making capacity.
