Administration and maintenance of our IT infrastructure – consisting of Linux and Windows servers Support and further development of internal network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, VPN, firewall) Management of user accounts, access rights and group policies (Active Directory / Microsoft 365) Ensuring system and data security according to the GDPR and the specific requirements of the healthcare system (e.g. KBV guidelines) Planning and implementation of data backups as well as emergency recovery (Backup & Recovery) User support and IT support (1st & 2nd level) for internal employees and external customers Support for IT projects, e.g. rollout of new software versions of our EVA practice software or infrastructure modernizations Support of the technology team in preparing customer appointments Maintenance and updating of IT documentation Analyze emerging problems of IT infrastructure, identify solutions and implement operations optimization measures

Complete training as a specialist system integration or comparable IT qualification Multiannual professional experience in IT administration Finded knowledge of Linux server administration (ideally Debian/Ubuntu) as well as Windows servers and client environments Network Technology Experience (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP) and Firewall Management Knowledge in the field of IT security, in particular in data protection-sensitive environment (GDPR, ideally experience in healthcare) Experience with virtualization solutions (e.g. VMware or Proxmox) desirable Structured, self-sponsored working and strong team skills in a small, dedicated team Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage Remarkable You have already looked after IT systems in a clinic or practice Very good knowledge of the application of standard IT security standards and data protection requirements in medical Experience with medical devices and their integration in IT systems
