You take over worldwide service operations with our customers and, if necessary, temporarily support our main work in Hückeswagen. You ensure a smooth start of our machines and systems by professional assembly, commissioning and technical optimization on site. You carry out internal machine removals in our main plant in Hückeswagen. You accompany our customers with practical training and convey their technical know-how in a comprehensible and targeted manner. You identify technical disorders, analyze their causes and develop sustainable solutions directly in the field. As a competent contact person, you can provide advice and solution-oriented advice to our customers. You carry out maintenance, inspection and calibration work on our machines and systems and thus contribute to their reliable operation. After successful integration, you temporarily support the technical service service at the Ettlingen site, for example as part of representations.

Complete technical training or comparable practical work experience with a focus on electrical and/or mechanical engineering Ideally, first professional experience in the field of machine tools, mechanical engineering or comparable technical equipment Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods and a high degree of self-initiative and sense of responsibility Embossed international travel willingness for worldwide customer operations (also multi-week) and regular stays in our main plant in Hückeswagen Good knowledge of English in word and writing for secure communication with international customers and contact persons Class B driving licence
