IT Project Manager (m/w/d)

As a family business, the CHI Group is a leading provider of air freight logistics services and offers the entire product portfolio for the handling of air freight at its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main and at its locations in Munich, Nuremberg, Hamburg and Amsterdam. We are looking for a full-time and unlimited IT Project Manager (m/w/d) Initiation, planning and implementation of IT projects within the CHI Group, take responsibility as project manager for time, budget and quality They optimize processes with a focus on digitization, identify problems and potential for improvement and develop solutions for this They form the bridge between operating users and our agile development teams and participate in sprint reviews You are responsible for selection procedures for standard software and create decision templates They control and coordinate internal and external suppliers and always have dependencies between the different modules in view As a project manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the roll-out and commissioning of your solutions and work closely with the company managers. You measure the success of your projects on the basis of suitable key figures and present your results regularly at management level

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics or a comparable degree or Professional experience at least three years of experience in project management; Certification according to common standards (PMI, etc.) are of advantage Ability to review complex relationships, to penetrate them and to make them accessible to third parties easily Embossed communication capability to guide all stakeholders in the right direction in complex constellations Self-employed and solution-oriented work Joy in teamwork and a positive attitude to agile approach models Insufficient professional experience in logistics, ideally air freight is advantageous Very good knowledge of German (at least level B2); reliable knowledge of English Willingness to occasionally travel
